Description of 1917 Types:
Type 1 - Thick dies, 2 bottom slots, straight "7" in number
Type 2 - Thin 1918 dies, no bottom slots, curved "7" in number
 
1923:  Type 1 - Gray              20-316
       Type 2 - White             40-659
1937:  Type 1 - No bottom slots        1 -    295
       Type 2 - 2 bottom slots    16-893 - 67-267        (50,375 P)
1971-72:  Some stickers have white band, some of which have a
          serial matching the plate number rather than a serial
          serial.
1975:  First 20,000 stickers have "29" square sticker over "28".
       Duplicate stickers have typewriter serial, not printed.
1976:  Dies for letters "B" and "D" changed from square to round
       between DBC and DBG.
1986:  Late stickers have "VS" prefix.
