1914:  Type 1 - No slots           1 - 3931  (3-digits have dash suffix)

       Type 2 - 2 slots at top  4166 - 4996  (831 P, plus #1255 Dealer)

1921:  1-4-digits have wide dies, 5-digits have thinner dies

1922:  Type 1 - Painted border, wide dies    3-3255 (probably up to 3-3799),

                                             5-2071, 10-1015, all others

       Type 2 - No painted border, thin dies 3-4409 - 3-4573, 5-2154 - 5-2619,

                                             10-1071, 11, 12

1929:  Some have partial "2" of date.

1949:  S-prefix seen in black/silver.

1956-58:  M series has no hyphen due to wider "M" die.

1973-80:  Some Type 1 have wider space between "ARIZONA" and "73".
