Truck began 1924.  Truck registration figures begin 1921, so highest
passenger number blocks may have been reserved for trucks 1921-23.
Issuance by county began 1926, with 84,000 in initial assignment.
 
When 1944 windshield sticker pairs were issued, 1942 plates were to
be removed from vehicles.
