"PV" sticker issued to denote passenger vehicle.  Later issues
(mid-R series reported) have "PV" screened.

Single year stickers issued starting October 1997.
Flower sticker issued for front plate, covering screened "PV".
Single plates issued starting 7/1/2004, although an undetermined
limited quantity of trailer issues 1998-2004 were also singles.
Starting 7/1/2005, white sticker issued to cover "PV" on old plates.

Plate stickers discontinued late 10/2/2012, "NOV 13".

By 2020, switched to High Intensity Scotchlite.
