1918:  5-digit has thinner hyphen; over #20000 even thinner.

1919:  5-digit has thinner digits.

       Formats -1-B to -99-E, 100-B - 999-E have long dashes.

1920:  Formats B-1- to E-99-, B-100 - E-9999 have long dashes.

1922-25:  Weight tabs verified in 100 lb. increments 1500 to 5000.

1922:  Type 1 - 2nd hyphen after C-1-000           C-1 - C-86-629

       Type 2 - No 2nd hyphen, different "C"   C-92818 - C-93404

1923:  6-digit has non-serif 1st "1" and thin "C".

1924:  6-digit has thinner dies.

1934-35:  Locking strip has weight code in left window - D, T, W,
