1911:  1-4-digits have vertical bars adjacent to slots,
       5-digits have vertical bars further away from slots.
1915:  Late issues cardboard E456 (Emergency).
1916:  Type 1 - Square holes in "9" and "6" of date      73 - 36923
       Type 2 - Vertical rectangular holes in date    38546 - 63207
       Late issues cardboard T54 - T744 (Temporary) valid until July 1,
       replaced by matching Type 2 plate (i.e. T744 = 39744).
