1928-30:  "FRONT" or "REAR" marked.
1928-29:  7-digits have thinner dies on first two digits, with
          hyphen dovetailed between.

1950 Type 1 - As 1949 Type 1
     Type 2 - As 1949 Type 3, except numbers vertically centered
1951 Type 1 - Holes in corners
